Hickory grilled chicken tossed with our hand-cut romaine, iceberg, red cabbage & carrots, in a Three Herb vinaigrette with roasted bell peppers, corn, tomatoes, scallions, ranch dates, pine nuts, crumbled goat cheese & torn bread croutons.
4 oz of BLACKENED Superior Black Angus Beef Tenderloin, our house mixed greens, banana peppers, fresh avocado, diced tomatoes, tobacco onions & blue cheese drizzle with crumbles.
If choosing a different dressing, please indicate whether or not you would still like the crumbles.
All tacos are choice of flour or corn tortilla.

Tender, chile-braised beef short rib, slow cooked with guajillo chiles, ancho, Mexican herbs & spices, vinegar, onion & cilantro. Fried in a crispy corn tortilla with queso Chihuahua, and served with consommé broth. We suggest a squeeze of lime & dunking each bite in the broth for the most authentic flavor experience!

All burgers are ½ lb house ground Superior Angus Beef, grilled over hickory & served on brioche bun.

1/2 lb of Superior Black Angus Beef Brisket, rubbed with ground coffee, spices & basted with BBQ, then sliced over creamy yukon gold mashed potatoes. Served with grilled bread & BBQ sauce on the side. Choice of one side.
Arizona's serves only Superior Angus Beef.
All steaks are aged a minimum of 35 days & cut in house to our specifications.
